This sounds like I am encouraging unproductive approaches, but that is because as guys we tend to care too much about the outcome. If you look at why men are afraid of approaching women, you’ll notice that most of them are afraid because they are too worried about the outcome. For guys, I know we care too much about being rejected or not getting the outcome we had hoped for.

However, once you get out of that mentality, and think to yourself, as long as you complete the approach successfully, then you’re a success it takes a lot more pressure of you. This will make approaching women easier, because you don’t care about the outcome whatsoever and the fact of approaching her will make your actions successful! If she gives you her details, then that’s a great bonus!

If you stop caring about the outcome so much and focus on the process you will notice a higher rate of success in your dating life because things will get easier. Once you stop focusing on the outcome and instead divert attention to the process, you’ll find success a lot easier to come by.

Remember, the focus should be on the PROCESS and NOT the outcome!

There is no need to put additional pressure on yourself when there really is no need.
