Thank you, Peter. It’s wonderful that a lovely gentleman is asking this question..You see gals, there are lots of romantics out there. I got one, and so did Peter’s beloved.

As much as it seems that the thrill or spark has diminished over time, believe it or not, it’s a matter of focus and intention..We are such powerful creators that we can shift outcomes by our very expectations and what we place our attention of focus upon.

In the day to day routine of life, we all need to take a moment and prioritize what’s important. You’re right to be asking about how to improve your current love relationship because having a wonderful, thriving, loving relationship is foundational to the rest of the areas of your life.

What you place your attention on will expand in your experience. So it’s of high importance that if you want an improvement in your love life, then you have to shift focus and start looking for things in your mate that you appreciate. To help this along, think of what you really love about your mate. Spend moments every day musing about what was once delightful so you can re-create more of that.

Make lists and lists of what you love, appreciate, and enjoy about your relationship, either by looking at the past, or imagining the future. Remember, it’s ok to ask for love relationship advice. Beware however, if looking at these aspects causes you to feel lackful in any way. Such as, “oh, I wish it were like that” “Ah to be passionately in love again” “the good old days, like they’ll never return, then you’re doing the opposite of what you want. You’d rather have what you want, not more of what you DON’T want.
