If you’ve recently broken up and want to get your wife back, then there are a couple things you should know. I’ll break things down into 4 parts for simplicity. 1) Understanding what’s going on. 2) Getting your head together. 3) Assessing the situation. 4) Working the plan.
1) Understand what’s going on. What’s happening here apart from the obvious fact you’ve recently split up. Digging a little beneath the surface the split could be down to any number of reasons, but the fact is most splits happen for one or two particular reasons.
If you broke up with her and not the other way round it should be easier to repair the damage. If it was her who broke up with you then you need to work out what it was that caused the split. If it’s not clearly obvious like cheating I mean. Working out why she broke up will help you immensely in your quest to get her back.
2) Get your head together. It’s really important that you get your emotions under control before you attempt anything. If you were to meet up with her and lose control you can kiss goodbye to any progress you may have made.
It’s this reason why you must take a bit of time to yourself and get you head together. Getting you emotions in check means you control any contact with your ex. You should score a few points as she will note how adult and under control you are these days. If she sees you as emotionally unstable you can score minus points. That’s something you really don’t need.
3) Assess the situation Ok, what does this mean? So far you know what’s going on from step 1; you also have you emotions under control from step 2. Now you need to look at the bigger picture and assess what you can do to put this mess right.
This is where you need a solid plan of action. Something you can follow step by step and know you should get the result you want. Systems like these are available on the net. Whether we know it or not.

If you try to get her back without a plan you will fail. Make it easy on yourself and be armed with a system, and a plan. You can multiply your chances no end.
4) Work the plan Ok, assuming you’ve decided to get a system you now have to use it. Actually starting the plan is the hardest step. I relied heavily on the psychological mind games that came with the system.
The bonus section on psychological mind games really opened my eyes. We are all being manipulated with psychological tactics every day. Governments, ad agencies, employers are all using psychological tactics on a routine basis. Using these mind games can put you in total control of most situations between you and your ex. She won’t even realise.
It’s no heavy duty hypnosis we are talking about here, that’s not fair and I would never suggest that. I’m talking about things like asking her for a coffee a few times, just to talk. Then if she seems comfortable with the situation, you take it up to the next level, like a lunch date. You then step up to an evening meal and then eventually a proper date.
