Anger is the most usual thing of a relationship break  ups emotional stages. You broke up with your ex and then you are mad at him. Even deep inside you know that you are the cause of the split up. Another kind of emotional stage of a couple’s breakup is depression. This will occur anytime. Here, you  are thinking that you will no longer love the way you  loved your ex or that no one will love you the way  your ex loved you.
