One of the main problems that mothers face during this first stage of pregnancy is morning sickness and this can be dealt with by eating plenty of healthy food and eating frequently.
As such, do not snack on cookies and junk food all of the time, but instead focus on getting regular healthy snacks such as fruit. When it comes to your actual meals, make sure that these are not large portions, but you are actually eating smaller portions throughout the day in order to keep your blood sugar levels higher.
Another trick is to keep yourself reminded of the beautiful baby growing inside. You will not be feeling any sort of movement during the first stage and you will not start to show into the second stage as well. Due to this you will have to to remind yourself that you are growing life inside of you and this will help you to stay motivated with any of the problems you’re going through.
