There May Be Good Reasons To Get The Better Marriage Blanket

July 26th, 2010 · No Comments · lonely and desperate articles

It is not easy to keep a straight face or not make jokes about the Better Marriage Blanket. (I can’t promise I’ll be successful.) The use of the Better Marriage Blanket is to stay on top of odors caused by, let us say digestive unease. That would include flatulence. It would be worth a little quick cash, if one or the other has legitimate digestive problems.

Better Marriage Blanket absorbs odors

The Better Marriage Blanket, nicknamed the fart blanket, does not exactly use new technology. You can check it out at bettermarriageblanket.com. It uses activated charcoal as a filler material in the blanket, which blocks odors. Activated charcoal, or rather, activated carbon, is a treated form of carbon that absorbs certain elements very well, and is used in air and water filtration. That includes the space suits NASA astronauts wear. That means it should work.

Is this for real? You have to be joking

The Better Marriage Blanket is for real. Other products exist for the same reason, such as charcoal filter equipped underwear. (I mean for real.) One of the gases activated charcoal traps well is nitrogen, the most common gas in flatus. Activated charcoal tablets are actually an old remedy for flatulence.

Silent but potentially deadly

It isn’t always something to laugh at – excess gas can be due to disease. The gas released at either end of digestion included. According to WebMD, excess gas, besides being socially embarrassing, and bloating due to excess gas can be signs of digestive problems, like acid reflux. Usual suspects include a lactose intolerance, as well as starches and carbohydrates. However, that doesn’t mean you aren’t responsible for not avoiding the cheese topped re-fried beans.
